Bruno Herbin was born in Vouzier in 1963 in the Ardennes region, in the North-East of France. His interest for flavours was passed on by his father and acquired from the authentic and generous greenery of the countryside he grew up in.

As a child, he would already help out in the charcuterie preparation room of the family business. After he obtained his baccalaureat, Bruno Herbin studied at the CEPROC in Paris (European Centre for Culinary Professions) and earned his spurs with Couesnon, Siozade and Lenôtre, before taking over the family charcuterie shop in Vouziers in 1989.

His passion and high standards were recognized in 1993, when he was awarded the coveted title of "Meilleur Ouvrier de France" (France's Best Craftsman of the Year) in Charcuterie. Since then, Bruno Herbin's only objective has been to offer his clientele traditional, home-made, quality products, both fresh and local.

In 2006, he opened another boutique in Reims thanks to the help of his wife. It would soon become a reference in quality food in Reims. Refined and gourmet pâtisseries prepared by their baking chef, as well as a delicatessen service, now complement the offer required by their demanding clientele, who enjoy the quality of products and traditional flavours.

Our traditional products, disclosing nostalgic flavours, simple yet refined, are prepared in our Reims preparation room for 96% of them. Our team, composed of Charcutiers and cooks, combines the know-how and the requirement as a guarantee of the quality of the production.

Our own traditionally prepared cakes

Quality hand-made cakes require much care and skill. Our pastry chef wishes to bake refined and gourmet sweets, much to the delight of cake lovers. 100% of our pâtisserie and sweet petit-fours are baked in our preparation room by our pastry chef and his team.

In our boutiques, you will find a great selection of individual cakes and sliced cake. For any professional or family event, our desserts for 4 to 10 people and our sweet petit-fours are prepared on demand. Your guests and yourself can indulge in a delicate feast.
